Parents inquiring about the Free Food Distribution can be advised of the following new information:
- The food will be distributed on Mondays only from 12pm-2pm and from 4pm-6pm.
- The food will be distributed on the West Main lot near the Main office.
- All Cherry Hill children from 18 years of age and under are eligible to acquire food.
In the event that you know a family in need of food please advise them about the Food Distribution. -
Student Parking Information
1. Student parking permits are not being issued at this time. All students are allowed to park their motor vehicles on the front lot of Jones Gym, the side lot of Jones Gym and on Senior Hill.
2. Students can park their mopeds at the bike racks or on the E-wing sidewalk on baseball field side ONLY. -

Letter from Dr. Meloche to the Community March 29, 2020
On Sunday, March 29, 2020, we received the sad news of the death of a Cherry Hill High School West teacher after an intense battle with cancer. Our thoughts and prayers are with her devastated family during this difficult time. A letter to the community regarding the loss of the teacher, Mrs. Andrea Hahn-Walsh, is available online.

Junior parking applications now being accepted
The Campus Police are now accepting parking applications from Junior students. The applications are on the West website and at the Main Office. Students must satisfy their obligations before they can acquire a parking space.

Survey Regarding 4-Day In-Person Learning Now Available
The survey mentioned in an email sent to all parents on Friday, February 19, 2021 is now live in the Genesis portal. Friday's email notified parents that the tentative date for bringing all Hybrid Learners at all grade levels into our buildings 4 days per week is March 9, 2021.
Parents on Monday, February 22, 2021 were emailed a letter a document listing items to consider, and a document regarding our ventilation protocols for review prior to completing the survey.
The survey will be open through Saturday, February 27, 2021.

Dr. Meloche and Fellow Camden County Superintendents Ask Governor for Expedited COVID-19 Vaccinations for Educators
Superintendent Dr. Joseph Meloche, on behalf of superintendents and educational leaders in Camden County, wrote a letter to Gov. Murphy on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 to advocate for expedited COVID-19 vaccinations for educators. "Direct and prioritzed accessibility to vaccinations is an absolute requirement for us to move forward in expanding the learning experience," Dr. Meloche wrote in the letter.
