The ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery)
The ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) will be administered on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 7:30 AM in the library. The test is available, free of charge, to students in grades 10-12. There is no military obligation in taking the exam.
Developed by the Department of Defense, the ASVAB Career Exploration Program helps students to identify potential careers in both military and civilian arenas. Interested students must contact their counselor by November 22, 2021 in order to register for the exam. The exam takes approximately 2 & ½ hours, and students are responsible for any assignments/assessments they miss due to their participation in the test. Students are encouraged to review sample questions on www.asvabprogram.com.

Senior Student Parking Applications
Senior student parking applications are available HERE.
YOU MUST PRINT THESE OUT, FILL THEM OUT ON PAPER, AND HAND DELIVER THEM TO THE SECURITY OFFICE!!!
Until the parking permits are issued, senior students can park in the below listed designated parking areas only:
1. Senior students can park on the side lot of Jones Gym, the front lot of Jones Gym between the yellow lines, and on Senior Hill.
2. Junior students are not allowed to park on the school lots. Junior students can park in the stadium lot.
3. Students can park their mopeds on the bike racks or on the E-wing sidewalk (baseball side only).

Mental Health Task Force - Community Outreach Program
On Thursday, 3/25/21, at 7 pm, the CHPS Mental Health Task Force presented their Community Outreach Program online, including panelists from High Focus Centers, Penn Medicine, Effective School Solutions, the Cherry Hill Fire Department and more. West "Research in Science" takes many honors at the Coriell Institute Science Fair!
A local science fair sponsored by the Coriell Institute each year attracts high school talent from all over South Jersey. Students participated in a virtual presentation of their research projects this year and on Saturday, March 20, West's "Research in Science" students under the guidance of Mr. Grillo made a name for themselves!

Letter from Dr. Meloche to the Community March 29, 2020
On Sunday, March 29, 2020, we received the sad news of the death of a Cherry Hill High School West teacher after an intense battle with cancer. A chart illustrating quarantine guidelines for students for the start of the 2021-2022 school year is available online. These guidelines, provided by the New Jersey Department of Health, are subject to change. The chart will be updated accordingly.
Questions about quarantining should be directed to your child's school nurse.
Updated Printable COVID-19 Screening Checklist & Travel Guidelines Available
An updated printable COVID-19 Checklist is available online. A checklist that can be translated into more than 90 languages via our "Select Language" option at the top left corner of this website also is available. The updated checklist includes the latest guidance from the NJ Department of Health and is ideal for printing and hanging on your refrigerator, bulletin board, bathroom mirror or other prominent area at home.
