• The National Honor Society is a nationwide organization for high school students in the United States. Selection is based on four criteria: scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

Students are invited to join the Robert E. Hansen Chapter of the National Honor Society at Cherry Hill High School West in the fall of their junior year if they have attained the scholarship criteria of a weighted cumulative GPA of 6.0 or higher. Seniors may also be invited to join in the fall if they meet the same scholarship criteria above by end of their junior year.

Students who are invited must complete community service requirements before being inducted into the Society. Ongoing membership is based on maintaining the minimum GPA, performing community service, and participating in the Society’s events and projects.

The adviser for the National Honor Society is Melissa Wilkins (mwilkins@chclc.org).
