The Personal Financial Literacy Course"Personal Financial Literacy" is a new course at West. This new semester (or ½ year course) is open to all freshman and sophomores. Students will develop skills and strategies that promote personal and financial responsibility related to financial planning, savings, investment, and charitable giving in the global economy. The Advanced Placement ProgramThe AP Program provides students with the opportunity to take college level courses while still in high school.

AP TESTING PAYMENT PROCESS
The deadline to pay for your AP Test (s) that will be administered in May 2025 is November 6, 2024. The payment window opens on October 7, 2024. Please do not wait to make payment if you intend to take the AP Test (s) in May 2025. If you have questions please see Mr. Powers or Mrs. Saffici in Guidance.
• The cost is $105 per exam. Exams must be paid by using PaySchools Central (https://payschoolscentral.com).
• If you are eligible for Free/Reduced Lunch, the cost for the exam is reduced. Please email Mr. Powers (topowers@chclc.org) or Mrs. Saffici (lsaffici@chclc.org) with any questions or concerns about the exam fee. Remit payment ONLY for the exam (s) you intend to take.
• Payment for the exams through PaySchools Central must be completed by November 6, 2024 in order to be fully registered and able to take the exam in May 2025
